Okay, there's been a bit of confusion about Audrey II's re-entrance to Milliways, so let me clarify:
The plant currently in the bar is one of many cuttings taken from the plant originally nurtured by Seymour. It can speak English and has all of the memories of the original plant, but it's considerably smaller--about the same size as the original was at the start of canon. (It may, of course, grow larger over time, depending on whether it can find anysuckers patrons willing to feed it.)
The fate of this cutting is completely up in the air at this point. You want to adopt it? That's fine. You want to kill it? That's... less fine, but I'll accept it if you can persuade me that it'll make a good story. Ping me at leeshajoi on AIM with any thoughts on what you think should happen to this little bugger.
