So that one OOM we've been working on since February that sort of died in April-- any chance we're ever going to finish it? 'Cause I didn't want to bring Ianto back in the Bar until we were done, but I also don't want to let the headvoice gather dust, which is all he's doing now.

Oh, God, yeah. I desperately want to see Ianto back in the Bar again (I met him omg!). For starters, Sam needs to continue working his way through Torchwood/Doctor Who sidekick-types. ;)

Hiii!!! We're about to finish up DW S2 canon, after which Rose will be out of Bar for a little while. I've never quite figured out what to do with her while in-canon anyway, and honestly always wanted to play her afterwards, so! The Doctor will be free to meet Martha and drag her to M'ways shortly. Then we can work out how to let Rose and Martha meet (catfight OMG :O!!!)

They're going.... slowly, at the moment, as this post probably indicates, but we are going through, and we will be doing Cyberwoman! Yes, that's what Ianto's mun told me, which is why I haven't brought Lisa into the bar yet. I wasn't sure if I should, or if I should wait, ya know? :/ I can say what I think and such, but until Cyberwoman, I'm just kind of twiddling thumbs and reading everyone, which is fine, you all are great writers... I probably won't be as good. Should I just bow now? ^.~

Nobody is going to force you to wait. Obviously, it looks impressive if we all keep to the same timeline, but given the nature of Milliways, we can play about with it a bit. :D

What you can do, if you want to get started sooner, is play out other threads in journals, like from Ianto and Lisa's time at London Torchwood, if you want, or even 'off-screen' conversations between them when Lisa's stuck in the basement! Those can then be linked the the main comm at the time they're supposed to take place. Hopefully once people have holidays/more free time we can pick up speed, and really get cracking on canon, so people find it easier to bring pups in without tying time in knots. *Grins*

Also: Never ever worry about whether your writing is 'good enough.' We have so many different styles inna bar anyway, it's all about playing with your character and having fun. Also, our canon OOMs are basically lifted straight from a transcript, so. >_>

See, I like the idea of playing out Ianto and Lisa pre show, from how did they get together in the first place, cutesy, then maybe some angst in the basement, how did he really get her in there without Jack knowing, hmm? I like all of that. And then I'm not just writing nothing. I know, it's tough with real life and things being delayed. I love what I've read so far and I can't wait till you guys get up to ep 4. Have to ultimately talk to Ianto mun and see what they want to rp.

Still I worry. Lisa's not as canon as the rest of them. It's like a double edged sword, really. It allows you to be flexible with her, and yet it also can be a hinderance in some ways because you don't know stuff.
