Hello all! This is just a reminder that plans are still go for A Midsummer Night's Memory Loss. Jack Green will be providing the Apples of Amnesia on Thursday.

I was thinking it would be good for people to both tag the initial post with obtaining the apple/apple product and link to a main bar post with the "waking up" threads. Or really, you can do it how you like. This here is what's known as a do-it-yourself plot. We're just giving you a beginning and an ending.

So if you've got to be somewhere away from a computer that weekend? Have your character pick up an apple for later. Have him or her eat it when you get back. It's all good! DIY plots are flexible like bendy straws.

Beginning Thursday the 28th, Raven will begin popping Memory Restoration Cookies into the mouths of affected characters, because the image is just plain funny (please comment here if you would not like Raven to pop a cookie in your character's mouth, or if you want a specific time for your character to regain memories with a cookie inna mouth).

There will also be a plate of cookies left for amnesiacs (or friends/loved ones of amnesiacs) to access, thus bringing memories back whenever you want them.

Jenna, Lynne, and I are excited so many people want to join in. I am terribly excited to have my flustered wizard going about asking folks who he is and what he's like. I also want to suggest that this is a perfect opportunity to tag new pups and new muns.

Alas, as mentioned a few posts back, I will be on vacation during most of the plot, so Artie will no longer be taking part. Sorry.

Gibbs might still not trust Raven that much, even witohut his memory, so no cookie popping?

May I sign up one bewildered cryokinetic? :D He wasn't approved back when I read the original post, so I didn't like to prematurely volunteer, but now he's ready and... well, not willing, but ready.

Just making sure. Sariel's still in, but I missed the opportunity(s) for her to spill the beans to Jack Green. Only some of the pups involved had to do that bit, right? Just so I don't jump in with something that doesn't work plot-wise.

I Have An Idea™ that shall be discussed with pup's canonmates pending this question: everyone who has their memories erased has to have woe in, or can a random character pick up a random apple?

So far as I understand, not being in any way affiliated with the people who came up with this plot, random characters may pick up random apples at their leisure.

Yes. The Speaking to Jack Green part was an opportunity for Jack to give everyone who wanted one a "new beginning" sans memories. It was optional.

The apples on Thursday are open to everyone.

I've forgotten if I put Salazar in this plot, if I did, I'm really sorry but I'll have to pull him out- I'm just too busy with general RL crappiness.

Not a problem. This is a very loosely arranged plot. We don't have to know who's playing and who's not.

Your character can pick up an apple (or not play) without us knowing. Raven may or may not pop a cookie in his or her mouth if we don't know you're playing, and that's why the plate of convenient cookies will be available.

Raven is doing cookie popping? That sounds almost drug-tastic.

Also to let you know, I'll be heading off for a trip on Thursday, so Will's going to need cookie popping either early that evening or on Wednesday. That's all my news, yay for Midsummer madness.
