Midsummer Dancing

Apparently amnesia!Will is a rather happy young man who thinks there should be a dance out back. As of this badly spelled note he is looking for musicians and dancers. My question is what day during amnesia fun would be best to hold this get together.

The plan is quite simple, he's going to find people who know how to play music and dance out back with the minimum of set up and going as long as there are folks dancing. This is the first time I've arranged any sort of large Milliways gathering and would be grateful for all the help you can give. Please comment here or I can be pinged at FionaLl8 and my name's Kate. The only caveat is that this needs to happen before Thursday since I'll be going on a trip then. Okay have at with ideas and such.

EDIT: Unless there are objections, this will be happening on Tuesday. I'm going to put another sign post up tomorrow and on Tuesday afternoon do a party post for this. If your pups wish to help with set up, Will's around Bar.

I'm voting closest we can get to the end of Amnesia time, without you being gone. So there's days of build up, fliers, and people can talk about it. Maybe either Tuesday or Wednesday?

I have some ideas for this that I can poke you with once you return for the whole posting of it, too.

I think Tuesday would work well and it'd be great if I can kind of get it set up and going so that I can check it every once in a while, but folks can just dance and such in slowtime. I'll have internet access when I leave but it'll be spottier.
