My beloved is torn from my arms!

Or rather, I've finally been able to get tech support, it appears the problem is something with the software or possibly hardware, and they called my baby in to say nice things and diagnose her problems and pet her until she feels better.

I will be back, well, when they give her back. :( Which won't be Sunday but might possibly be Monday. *sob*

On the bright side, my connection should be stable then.
