Hello, I'm Mel, the player of Iorek Byrnisson and Captain Barbossa.

This is an apology to all people involved in threads with either of them for the sudden, unwarned and weeks-long disappearance. RL found it appropriate to drop down an unexpected cartload of problems upon my back and I've been sorting them out quite furiously. The good thing is, they all seem to be settled now, and I'm back to Internet access and the wonders of spare time.

So, aside from the Pirates of the Caribbean pups, I think I remember having active threads with Zuko, Captain Ryan, and Lyra Belacqua. Then there was the issue with Will Scarlett and some arrowheads, which needs the threads with Zuko and Ryan to be completed before I can get to it. Will try to get all that done between today and tomorrow. Thank you all for the patience.

If I've forgotten anyone, please give me a sound nudge on the ribs. (A comment would work too, if you don't feel all too aggressive)

I promise I'll try to give advance warning next time.
