Something Positively Insane, part the third
And - dare I say it - part the last, far as I can tell.
Aubrey, PeeJee, Tim - if I missed anything, now's the time to say so, while I'm still feeling generous. XD
Part one is over here, and part two is here.
Something Positively Insane, part three
In another branch of the 'cute emo guy' thread, Aubrey mishears that as Elmo. She and PeeJee start in about puppets and who brought the topic up in the FIRST place, which leads to poor Tim getting stuck with the nickname Timmy Potter. They decide he's silly, but they owe him their undying loyalty (until they get bored, anyway) for giving them beer. This leads to the idea of feeding their undying loyalty, with beer or possibly nicotene, and gods for breakfast. This, in turn, gives Aubrey an idea that just might work. PeeJee passes on the news that they might not be able to leave, and the mini-thread sputters to an untimely death.
Meanwhile, Tim is doing his best to keep the girls distracted and prevent things from sounding rather explicitly sexual. Jane enters the thread, finally. Tim is VERY much relieved. PeeJee introduces herself and Aubrey and asks if Jane's seen Choo-Choo, confirming her suspicion from entry that it's the Something Positive girls. Aubrey offers Jane some beer (which she passes on) and - in the same comment - says something about either worshipping or sacrificing Tim because of the beer (Jane requests that they not do the latter), and then asks if Jane's the Jane from Tarzan. They bond over hatred of Disney, and Aubrey decides they shall be friends.
Side conversation, off the lack of cat-sighting: How hard can it be to find a gelatinous cat? Very, apparently. Aubrey and PeeJee debate the possibilities. That bloody beer thing form waaay back in the first summary re-enters discussion. Aubrey's feeling inspired, and wise minds everywhere flee. XD They consider repeat blackmail, and that's more or less the end of that.
Meanwhile meanwhile, Jane and Tim are off having their own conversation; Tim wonders whether they're completely and utterly screwed. Jane suggests they bail out of the conversation, if it gets too bad, and finds out about the lapdance-offering. She decides that if the topic comes up again, they're definitely making a hasty exit.
And, off to the side, Valentine Wiggin observes.
Side note: I'm still working on finding the link to it, but there's a Something Positive/Daria crossover in the works (called Something Negative, of course). Thought that might interest people, considering the crossover happened here too.
