Random stuff - note #3 on the list
1) Everyone involved in the Threadzilla o' DOOM last night, you were phenomenal. My socks are utterly and completely rocked. *worships you all*
2) Specific shoutouts to people Elizabeth spent time with last night:
-
watch_wait: I love you and I hate you, all at the same time. You made my skin crawl. Liz may kill Bartleby, but I still like the git.
-
mnt_raph: You are Liz's knight in shining shell. She and I both adore you. You are also turning me into a TMNT fangirl. Stop that.
- Also, between Bartleby and Raph, Liz now knows enough profanity to make her family disown her. This both tickles me and scares me.
-
pjpettigrew: If I gush anymore, you will float away on a river of squee, and that would just make me sad, as I'd prefer to keep you here. So, I shall just worship you silently. *does so*
-
anthy_rosebride: Gabriel was right. You are creepy. You're evil with a veneer of innocence. I admire that. Thanks again for the rose. ;)
3) As mentioned in the shoutouts, last night Anthy gifted Liz with a black rose under the pretext of cheering her up. Of course, being Anthy, the gift wasn't a straightforward one. In Anthy-mun's words:
The black rose -- well, it makes people act out their darkest repressed impulses. Or rather, it lets them, but locking out the conscience and the repression.
I cannot in good conscience let that opportunity slide. So be forewarned that Liz may do some really random stuff, and remember none of it once the rose is destroyed. If this could be handy to anyone's storyline, or people have evil ideas spawned by this, just lemme know.
4) This place isn't crack, sorry.
Crack isn't even half as addictive.

yay
You're quite welcome. :) *cannot wait for dark!Liz*
Re: yay
The difficulty with dark!Liz is figuring out what precisely dark!Liz would do. She's got plenty of dark thoughts, but isn't entirely action-oriented. I suppose I could have her just blurt what she's thinking, to start.
Are there any examples of this in Utena canon, that might give me an idea of what this black rose has done to people?
Re: yay
But it's not following canon anyway, 'cos we skipped the Paul-like elevator trip of doom, so feel free to not go there . . .
Re: yay
Paul-like elevator trip of doom? o.O
Re: yay
Uh -- yeah. Think confessionals with Paul as the priest. That kind of therapy session.
*loffs her twisted, aggressively Freudian crack*
Re: yay
And OMG. The therapy session from HELL.

Just look at the state Bartleby's in, though. *points* He's gone catatonic.

Poor Bartleby. I personally feel for him, but since Liz doesn't entirely know what's going on (although she does have some ideas, be warned), she just thinks he behaved like a fucking bastard. :)
I'm sure she'll come around eventually.
