I just got home from eight hours solid of staring at a computer screen. At the exact same computer file. How does one do that and then come home for one's daily Nano'ing? Do I just lack endurance?

Also: who is doing original and who is doing fanfic? *curious*

You might want to take an hour or so to not look at a computer screen--read or watch TV or knit or something--before you get to writing. A break to change gears is always helpful no matter what you're doing.
