All my pups except Obi-Wan could have heard of Garbage. Hiro may even have seen them live; almost certainly, the Garbage sound was an influence on nuclear fuzz-grunge. I once had md_donighal quote from "Bleed Like Me" (single) in a post on his journal, though he may just have been kidding about having heard them in the TU. Strong Bad and The Cheat, I like to think, would be impressed with how hard Shirley rocks, and so (perhaps) would Obi-Wan.

Well, according to millicanon, there was that album of Rodian synth-pop he had that redeemed_one threw out, and given the nature of Rodian theatre, their music is probably rough enough that he wouldn't be totally at sea listening to something like "Supervixen" or "Push It".
