Medusa's first person OOM - it's strange, and the text jumps from the right, to the center to the left to the center and back again, and yet I unashamedly adore it.
Abigail and Riley makes me guffaw, as does Riley and Mulder (with special guest appearance by Coyote). There is no other way to describe how hard I laughed at those threads.
On the more serious end, Maya's dream was incredibly difficult to write and I was pretty happy, in the end, with how it turned out, integrating canon material + original writing, and, well -- the exact same can pretty much be said about Maya and Piotr. I know this is self-pimping, but Gen and Emmy made those threads.
Eros and Goldy. (http://community.livejournal.com/milliways_bar/19114898.html) Yeah, I keep going back and reading it and giggling, nevermind the fact that it's kinda lame to laugh at your own jokes.
Also (thread spoiler in whitetext because I'm cool like that): [] Good times.
You should also be proud of the Fox News metaphor. It's a show-stopper.
I suppose I have to pimp something of my own now that I've tagged here. Drat it.
I'm not a fic writer, so I was amazed when this little Goldy and daughter story-time (http://3rdtimelucky.livejournal.com/17332.html) ficlet took shape in my head, then found its way onto the page in less than fifteen minutes.
I was also very happy with the way Indy and Elizabeth Turner's (http://community.livejournal.com/milliways_bar/19023407.html?thread=803179055&style=mine) thread turned out. It got a slowtime post, but contarnit, it made me grin. So I'm mentioning it again. Sue me!
Old-Miniver should not be allowed to handle children. (http://community.livejournal.com/milliways_bar/19111904.html?thread=807062752#t807062752) Or money. EVER. Especially in conjunction.
The day after that, she had a number of threads, some of which are still in progress and all of which are great fun; I'm tempted to self-pimp just about all of them. Completed, though, is River-Galadan, which fills me with unadulturated glee.
Still in progress, but also delighting me, is the River-Crowley in the same post.
Mal and Marian -- Because there is attempts at being serious, educational and the devolve into giggle worthiness over men in dresses. ....you really can't predict these two together. I love neenie.
I have many threads I want to think people over between death and not!death, but I think my very favorites to write, for their bookend differences have to be Sarah Jane-Smith and Marian; where we start with anger and confusion and grows into truth and hope. I love watching this friendship grow.
Dennis and the two Tims. (http://community.livejournal.com/milliways_bar/19130387.html?thread=808091155#t808091155) I don't know who to feel more sorry for.
On my own behalf and on behalf of everyone who participated?
I want to pimp the Steal The Scythe Back From Wolfram & Hart OOMs. Neatly catalogued for you in threeeasyteasers!
Most-but-not-all of the NPC stuff was mine, and I think I am proudest of the line: "A door to elsewhere has opened in the heart of Wolfram & Hart's stronghold, and it's letting in one hell of a draft."
And I know this is for self-pimping, but it must be said: my players in this? Were awesome. Awesomecakes with awesomesauce. Go see for yourselves.
Also, the more usual sort of plug, since it's kind of tangentially related to my own stuff: Romana gets to the heart of 'Ray's' 'amnesia.' (Carl will be part amused and part facepalming to infinity if he ever finds out his hunch was partly right. XD)

Batya: What would your character do if a guard came up to them?
Madb: Shank him.
Batya: ...'k then! :)

Who thought that two people who...kind of hate each other could be so cute?
