You know, I've got to agree with Gen that I don't actually have a mental landscape that all of my characters inhabit at once. However, if I were to envision what a situation involving all of them would look like (I'll include just the ones who have the strongest claims on my headspace at the moment) ...
Antigone hates Puck. Seriously. He would probably tease/taunt/attempt to seduce her, and she would hate him forever. She'd probably find Kronk okay-- sort of like Jonas, the guard who was keeping her locked up before she died. Well-meaning, but stupid and obedient. Ami weirds her out with all her talk about friendship and life goals and helping people, and makes her a little sad, too.
Kronk likes both Antigone and Puck, though sometimes he wonders if Puck is really a magician like he says. Antigone, Kronk feels, is kind of a hard person to get to know. There's a wall there. You know? Ami seems like a nice girl-- great hair.
Ami-chan finds Kronk a very nice man, and appreciates his cooking. Antigone intimidates her, but she's sure that with the help of a few good friends, she could come out of her shell and be a much happier person. It worked for her! Ami views Puck with wariness; she's a magical girl, and a smart one at that, so she knows what she's messing with there.
Puck finds Kronk dense (yet entertaining) and fun because he provides delicious snacks. He loves tormenting Antigone because her reactions are fantastic. He actually thinks Ami is intelligent and interesting, and is therefore a little irked by the fact that she doesn't trust him as far as she can Mercury Bubble Blast him.
