If memory serves, I do believe homosexual acts were strictly prohibited to the point of being against the law; if a Roman nobleman had a pretty young servant do naughty things to him, the nobleman could claim complete innocence. He hadn't done anything wrong, nooooo. I can just imagine someone being caught in the act, going, "THE SLAVE DID IT! I couldn't stop him! :O" ...which would be ridiculous, all in itself, if the loopholes of the law wasn't already.

But that's a tangent, there. More on topic, I think Attila's just found himself someone gutsy enough to find out. ;3
