Just a note!
Okay, so, I have a new puppet and before I introduce him I wanted to make something clear.
First of all-How many people've seen Speed Racer? Movie or TV series?
For that matter, how many of your puppets have seen Speed Racer?
While I live in the hope of us getting a Speed, I wanted to drop a line and say the following:
This is Racer X! Say Hi Racer X!
Racer X: *says nothing*
Ramen: He's like a superhero because he has a secret identity! Dontcha!
Racer X: ...>>; *says nothing* *looks embarassed*
Anyway, for those of you who don't know who Racer X is, I'm not going to spoil it for you. For those of you who Do know, please don't spoil it for anyone else. And if he seems incredibly...morose...That's just his way. Anyway. I just wanted to make a note because caonically Racer X seems like a jerk and nobody knows who he is or why he's there or what he's doing except that he's kicking ass and taking names. Two of the biggest inspirations to the anime designers were viva las vegas and goldfinger-huge movies in Japan at the time.
In essence?
This is Bond.
With identity issues who is almost constantly masked.
Don't let that discourage you however! He is friendly!...well...moderately. Be nice to him though and he might show you his race car. :D

None of my Pups, except maybe Ben here, will have seen the TV series. I don't think the movie is, or will be, in any of my canon.

I will play it by ear but pretty much go with the assumption that Ben knows about the TV series but not too much about it. Safer than way. = ]

She-Hulk has seen Speed Racer.
So has Hawkgirl, in all probability, given that people in the DC verse occasionally crackwise about Speed Racer.

So yes, I know who Racer X is.
Mia and Farley won't know, as the former hardly watches television (in fact, she's hardly seen automobiles and that will be wow factor enough) and the latter doesn't care too much for...well, I won't repeat his exact words, but he believes the Japanese can keep their cartoons.
Homestar claims to know who Racer X is, but he's saying Racer X is actually some sort of talking pineapple, so his secret identity is most likely safe.

....Initially?
....That was why I got into the character-but his icons (once I upload um) are about an even fifty fifty split between cartoon/movie.
because the cartoon ROX MY SOX.
