Not to put too fine a point on it, but people that are involved in the god plot need to... well... post more in the thread. I can't do things by myself. So, tag in so that information can be distributed in proper RPG fashion, and then we can actually start with the fun stuff.

I spoke to Illyria's mun and she said she had notified you of whether she would be participating or not. So, I can ask her to let you know again? I'm not sure how she had done it, though.
