IC suggestion: Write an article snippet for the Say True.
OOC suggestion: Any interesting Cubefall shenanigans to share?
Also? MPR submissions due today by 4 pm EST. Email me at milliways.npr @ gmail if more time is needed.
EDIT: 'Say True'? I'm lost. Enlighten me?
Me: :O Lilly Kane and Meg Giry started a Milliways newspaper that has since fallen by the wayside, sadly, the comm for which is here.
EDIT AGAIN HA: Emmy has a question!

I probably could come up with more, but my inner reporter has been displaced by my inner cranky late dean.
Because my out of the blue idea to have Dean O'Dell reconfigured into the 1920 heavyweight champion of the world not only seems to be working, but seems likely to stick. I've been looking for that game-changing element for him, and this is it. It's drastic, but he is feeling better and more vital than he ever has, and there really is no reason why he needs to go back to being a man once on the cusp of 60 if he's dead and doesn't have to be who he was. Not to say he was unhappy with who he was. But he's looking at this as a sort of rebirth, as a chance to be something new.
It opens all sorts of possibilities, though if he comes to regret his decision, he's going to have to live with it for a while. (I plan to have him ask the vidscreens for a trial period, but it will be one or two months.)
Can I say how much I am loving what I've seen, BTW? Bravo, Cam and Geoff!!
And I think we need a ROBOT ROLL CALL!!

He's still debating the form-change thing, as of last night, but I think I know what options he got, and which of those he'd be most likely to take.
--And speaking of, I owe you a tag. I'll get that... at some point this afternoon, most likely, seeing as Dad's got yardwork on the brain (I hate it when he does that).

I actually have a plan cooked up with Becca to revive said paper in a way that means much less time commitment and more ability for people to participate, I just haven't gone ahead and done it. I will do so asap!
It won't be fallen by the wayside forever!

Declares himself one and only candidate for the Entertainment division. Whatever that means. But he's awesome at mingling (and he's always had a soft spot for celebs). Awe-sum.

However, sometimes issues of Hot Girl News do end up in Milliways, and if the Say True would like to borrow some ideas from it, such as bromides (which, in Lunar, are pinups, centerfolds, whatever, with the above icon being an excellent example), or would like the odd article from it, I'd be more than happy to provide.
I've actually thought about introducing bromides to Milliways before and the Say True would be the perfect way to do it. How many can you collect, oh patrons of Milliways?
