It's Plot Time Again, Y'all
Ladies, Gentlemen, Anthropomorphic Personifications of Fluid or Indeterminate Gender, and Anyone Not Falling Into One of the Three Previous Categories, a moment of your time, please.
It is with great pleasure, and something that can only be described as a rather bubbly glee, that I bring you the following bar-wide (100% optional) plot.
On (or around) June 21, I will be bringing the Snuggle fabric softener bear into the bar. If you check out his current official website*, you will learn that he is, at present, on a mission for upliftment. And what better place to begin that than at the end of the universe?
Details behind the cut, because this is getting long.
Here's how it works. If a pup hugs, or is hugged by, Snuggle, he or she is "uplifted." For the duration of the plot, affected characters are snuggly and soft** and completely static-cling free. They may also smell faintly of the fabric softener scent of your choice.
While under the influence of this upliftment, characters are happy, worry-free, very lighthearted . . . in short, sort of like exceedingly cheerful drunks. They're not mindless; just relentlessly, undeterrably upbeat. They still know they have problems, they're just not bothered by them.
This upliftment can manifest however you think your ridiculously happy pup would act -- games, dancing, laughter, hugging, groups sitting in a circle in the floor singing Kumbaya, etc.
Obviously, no pup will be hugged without the mun's permission. If, however, you have a character you want involved who is simply not the sort to go around hugging animate teddy bears, both Snuggle and I are happy to ambush hug people; just let me know. If you and I are on wildly different playing schedules (I'm US Eastern Daylight Time, and usually around in the evening), I'm happy to handwave hugs with reckless abandon.
The plot will end the following weekend, and everyone will, in a soft and snuggly way, go back to normal.
