Beach BBQ Dance Karaoke Party
Heads up!
No, no, no bad news, everything is going fine. Just things to be addressed:
- Timeframe:
The Beach party happens "on the weekend of the 28th and 29th of June".
This means a vague timeframe and abusing of millitime is perfect. The party THREADS will go up in the morning on the 27th, and continue 'open' all the way to Monday, 30th. After that, new threads are discouraged... not at all! Tag away to your heart's content.
I plan to make a general entry post indicating the layout of the party as a whole, and simply divide the party in "Morning", "Afternoon" and "Evening". That way your pups are free to 'wander the party' without having to move between "Food", "Music", "Water", "Dance" and so on threads.
- Food and Drink:
There will be a grill grilling stuff, and a 'bar' serving water, soft drinks and beer. If you want something different, you will have to bring it with your pup. People are encouraged to call out now and say 'I want to grill/bartend'. Technically we have six spots for those services, but I think up to nine are possible (two hour 'shifts'). Work is voluntary, not paid at all.
- Music and Dance:
An area will be set up for it. Want to dance? Dance, music will be playing, but live music is much better. Just have your pup step up and climb on stage for some Karaoke action, or to play something, anything.
- Organization:
Just an idea out there - put a keyword in Bold text to indicate where your pup is starting. Something like this:
