After a lot of consideration, I have decided to drop Toby dr_de_silva. There are two reasons, the first being that the character has not turned out how I expected in canon, which is partially the cause of the second, which is that I've lost confidence with him.

He hasn't made much of a footprint in the bar, so if there are no takers/signs of interest in the next week I will contact the mods and ask for him to be deleted.

Thanks to anyone who threaded with me and Toby, some characters just don't work out the way you planned.
