Car keys time!
Hi, folks.
If you're anything like me, and I know I am, you've been looking around and thinking, "Gosh, I could really, really use a reason to send my character to approach other random characters and see if the interaction sparked something awesome." Well, look no farther. Because it's time once again for a
MILLIWAYS CAR KEYS* SESSION
How does this work, you ask? Very simple. You tag this post with the name and journal name of any of your characters that you want to have participate in totally random RP with some other character. So does everyone else who wants to play along. The post closes at midnight American Eastern time on Saturday the 18th of October, and a day or two later, your assignments go up. Each character who participates will get one other character to tag, and one other character will be assigned to tag them. Thread with your assigned partner sometime in the next two or three weeks, and see what happens!
As an added bonus, in order to justify RP interaction where there might not necessarily be any conceivable reason to do so, I'll throw in a free weird and inexplicable happening such as a simultaneous rain of frogs on both your pups or something. Anyway, tag here and we'll see what we can make of it!
*The term comes from the practice of couples who attended swinger/wife-swapping parties in the 1960s and 1970s. Supposedly they dropped their car keys into a bowl at the door when they arrived, and on the way out either the men or the women drew a set of keys at random, and then had to go home with whoever's keys they'd drawn. Just in case you were wondering.
