Faye: International Snarky Bitch Day. Natalie: National Don't Put Up With Monk Day. the FSM: International Talk Like A Pirate Day. oh wait.. Aika: International Fight The Giant Looper Day.
Um. Teddy's kind of the prophesied savior of an entire race. So it may very well be that his birthday (if they can find his real one) is a holiday. For real. It would probably involve a lot of flashy celebration, and Teddy feeling very overwhelmed. Oh, and royal costume. Fun! (And Billy pestering the Skrull about how it wasn't good enough for his boyfriend/husband.)
Barney's? Would involve lots of metal guitar and beer.
Chell's? Was Aperture Science Take Your Daughter to Work Day. That didn't end so well. >.>
John... well, considering he's going to save the world or part of it, he'll probably get a national holiday too. Except he'll be far, far away from any political center. It'll probably honor psychics or something.
The Heavy... oh God. I don't even want to think about what such a day would be like. "Violence, Vodka, and Feeding Starving Children Day" doesn't roll off the tongue very well.
And Billy -- scuze me, First Consort William -- would completely teleport Teddy away from any and all idiotic Skrull celebrations so that they may spend the day as God intended it. That is, having lots and lots of sex interrupted by cute and birthday cake.
Barney: Drunken Debauchery Hercules: Drunken Debauchery Jack: Baseball and Beer Hurley: Feasts of Fried Chicken and Games of Connect Four. Eric: Making out on Graves in the Rain. Or... something.
Homestar Runner: would be celebrated by huge masses of Fluffy Puff marshmallows, melonade, and Cold Ones. And the Strongest Man in the World competition.
Mia Ausa: does have a publicly celebrated birthday. There's always a fancy formal party either at the Magic Guild or Master Mel's mansion and everybody goes except the Hot Girl News readers, who hide in the bushes and wank off. She actually skipped it the last time so she could stay home and have Draco cook for her.
Nash Rumack: doesn't have a very well known birthday. Yet. Mia even managed to forget it, which is kind of a testament to how little they really knew about each other. Mia would throw a big party for him if he wants one and he wants one.
Revan: Calm and somber, really no celebrations at all. More like a day for quiet reflection. Scorpius: Lots of Quidditch games and world-wide discounts in Wizard book stores, plus parties everywhere! Artemis: Like New York Fashion Week.
...I don't know, really. But this does remind me that Scorpius's birthday is coming up on the 20th, he must get cake and eat it!
Man, I tried to think of an answer to this one, but given the way virtually everyone human that we've met so far (who isn't a race traitor sellout quisling bastard) treats Gordon in canon, I'm pretty sure any holiday centered around his birthday results in him making the face in this icon and then hiding under the bed until it's over.
(ETA: Yes, yes, I know, Dr. Magnusson isn't like that, but we haven't met him yet, now, have we.)
I'd think it would be obvious, but just for those who need it on the nose:
Global Hangover Day. (Preceded, naturally, by Hangover Eve, during which there would be much drinking and vomiting, in order to produce the necessary effect the next morning.)
Well, Amy's probably is. And it's probably way too pomp and circumstancy for her, really.
It's off topic, but I have to tell you. I spent the weekend watching the first six episodes of Pushing Daisies from Netflix. I'm completely, head-over-heels in love with it. How did I miss this show? And why does it have to be on opposite one of the two others I watch?
For 494, it would totally be Strippers, Pool Halls and Junk Food Day.
Or, you know. Jam Pony Siege and National Media Fixates on the Transgenic Problem So You Found Your Own Political Movement Day? Since "Freak Nation" does occur on Alec's birthday. "Birthday." He was made in a lab, it's not like he really... has one, or knows it.
Traditional Yrael Day celebrations would include: everyone getting a day off of work so they might sleep til noon, taking part in a traditional meal of fish, and there would be concerts or performances that evening across the world to celebrate it.
Also, possibly fireworks.
Strangely enough, this would be one of the holidays of the year where people don't travel to celebrate it with their families.
Or, alternatively, it would be World Kindness to Cats Day.
GreenJack: Jack observes his birthday on May 1st, though he thinks it was probably actually September-ish when he was born. Ish. He's pretty sure it was a Tuesday, though. He celebrates by giving people apple pie.
1941!Jack: National Temperance Day? Hard to say, he's so low-key.
