Unless it's Planet of the Apes. That film never happened.

I saw a midnight special preview showing of Burton's Planet of the Apes with my ex boyfriend back in 2001, and I almost cried at the end because that film broke my heart. God, I loved the PotA films as a kid, and while the visual design was fantastic in Burton's film, everything else just...just...lacked. HOW could you screw such a great concept up?

Everyone that was an ape was fabulous in the film, however.
