In Which Bernard-mun's Wrists Fall Off, or, The Night Jim Kirk Makes an Indelible Impression

Bernard announces Happy Hour.
Val stops by to say "Hi," and they talk about the effects of alcohol on various patrons until the end of Happy Hour.
Bigby interviews very impressively for a Security position.
Tim Bisley gets the bar explained to him and purchases a pint.
Bernard ends Happy Hour and joins Aziraphael and Tonks for a drink. That thread will be summarized by someone who is not me. :D During his conversation with Tonks, Bernard is suddenly severely burnt by a phaser blast to the bar.
Bernard stands up, enraged, and it's only thanks to Tonks that Kirk isn't incinerated. Tim gets all bouncy. Shipwreck and Joe lurk in the background menacingly. The Oompa Loompas quickly repair the damage to the bar. Kirk arrives, and is infuriatingly smug. Tim and Tonks stand by Bernard steadfastly while Bernard restrains himself admirably. Kirk is thick as a brick. (Very IC, Kirk-mun, very IC!) Bernard wants to kill him. Tim threatens to turn Kirk into granite and calls Bernard "B," which made his muns cry from the laughing. Tonks stops Bernard from fumbling for his matches. Kirk leaves, but not before patronizing Bernard, thereby making him abuse innocent furniture.
Bernard goes to bed, strung tight as a bow.
