A meme from Veronica:
1. People comment with the names of their characters.
2. Others reply to those comments with the names of characters of theirs who have threaded with them.
3. The first person goes back, and replies with at least one thing they enjoy about the thread(s) they've had with those characters.

I love, love, love how silly Mal is with Ingress. Captain Chicken is one of her favorite people.
Sallie is a grandma, and Ingress never had one of those.
Tom thinks Mal is a stand up fellow. Just enough on the outside of things to get along with well.

I am so glad you were quicker on the uptake than me!
I like playing Bela against Cerb because basically, it kickstarted her entire plot arc in the bar. She also has hope because of it, because hey. She's faced down a hellhound. Even if it wasn't the same kind as on her world, it still means that there is a chance she'll find a way to face down the demon who holds her contract.

Also, with the entrance of Croup and Vandemar in the bar, I'd like to send Ingress and Megwyn on that trip to Tortall that came up in our last thread. She's going to hang out with Queen Amy after Christmas, but then she'll be DELIGHTED to go to Tortall for a week or so to avoid both London Below and Milliways. Shall we discuss? *claps hands*

(Or Raven or X-23. And is okay, too. Thing.)

Here is why I, and my characters, love yours.
Ingress thinks Raven can do anything. She doesn't know his darker side, mind, but even when she discovers it one day through hearing his stories, she won't care. He made her twirl, and that is what counts.
Similarly, Susan P. was enchanted by Raven, and her interactions with him helped her remember and rediscover the joy and wonder of magical places and people.
Your Door is perfect for my Tom. I mean, they are well-matched in so, so many ways, because I adore the way you've shown her fierceness and strength mature. Which doesn't keep her from being silly and cute when she wants to be, and wow, that's just cool.
Nynaeve is the only person in Ingress' life who hasn't adored her for being her. Ingress had to work for Nynaeve, and that was really, really good for her. Tom just feels sorry for Nynaeve much of the time. She's so bitter about not being as powerful and serene as Moiraine. :-P
The reason Bela likes X so much is because X is not emotional. That's a really good thing, especially right now. Also, when she's around X, she gets to be this person who is sophisticated and worldly-wise in a way that is not part of a con or a scheme - in other words, she can pretend to be the "normal" person she'd like to be one day.
Ingress thinks Laura is kind of strange, but MAN can she fight. She likes her, but she wishes she'd smile more.

I don't think we've done a ton with Tom and the Black Rider. We should!

And Ianto and Tom need to meet at some point.

I know it's come up before, but Ingress had one of those sweet little girl crushes on Charlie because he was cute and he always treated her like a little lady. He was a delight to her.
Ingress did meet Ianto, and she thought he was nice. He had a trustworthy voice. Don't ask, I can't explain. :-P
She thinks Jack is the bees knees since he teaches her her favorite subjects.

Tom liked Eddie a great deal, too, because he knew what temptation was, and he knew what Tom was going through in trying to break from an old life. They got on exceedingly well, which surprised me, since Tom thinks Americans are slightly bizarre. But Eddie was a "stand up fellow".
God, I miss Eddie.
As for Joe, hee. I remember him talking with Anya when I briefly played her, and I always boggled that the two would have anything to talk about much less the threads they had. Ahahahaha, and the whole Paravia adventure. I know Tom was just like... "Damn that Manco and his ability to ride a bloody horse all day". Good times.
