Mal: Has one pretty much because Nathan Fillion has one and you can see it when he is nekkid in the desert. Apparently Fillion's is a hieroglyph; Mal's is some variant of the banner for the 57th.

Sallie: Nope! She probably thought about it at one point to piss off Beau, but never went through with it.

SARAH: I'm pretty sure that's a no. xD

Eisenheim: Nope!

Carlisle: ...I'm not even sure he would ever want one, but no.

Gaeta has two! One of them is that *points to icon* on the right side of his chest, and the other...I'm not actually quite sure what it is, besides some sort of design on his right shoulder. In my head, I've kind of Millicanoned it that it's a stylized version of the symbol on the Picon flag.

And Sylar has "I ♥ Brains" tattooed on his left bicep.

Riku has no tattoo, but he has a scar across the left side of his back in a crude form of one wing.

Gokudera has a tattoo of flames from the left side of his neck down to his lower forearm, and another on the right arm, but I'm too tired to remember that one.

In the continuity where Rose grew up to be Alice Bailey, she has this (http://l-userpic.livejournal.com/83075312/14543988) around her wrist. In the Millicanon continuity she is planning to get one, but probably will get something else somewhere else.

...and then there's Laura (http://notallwho.livejournal.com/1310.html#cutid1). The 'small abstract charms and symbols' mentioned there include a domino pattern (one and nine, naturally), a stylized bat, something that looks suspiciously like the SG:A logo in black and turquoise, a Celtic knot, a medallion of stylized Arabic , a DNA helix and an X. The initials are dead people (the first set are RJB) and I dunno what song the tab is for. It hasn't come up yet.

Cepheus wants a Slytherin crest on his right shoulder and will probably come home with one when he's 17.

Scorpius might consider a band of thorns around his arm when he's older since his specialty is plants.

Barney might have a few... he probably has his Civil Protection number branded on him somewhere (likely his back or his chest), as well as the date he proposed to Lauren, maybe? Something like that.

Chell: no. Tommy... maybe.

Kreia might have Sith tattoos, actually. But it's not like anyone would ever see them.

The Heavy probably didn't have any before he joined BLU... he might now, but I don't for the life of me know what they might be.

Ramon has Our Lady of Guadalupe tattooed on his left inner forearm, with the inscription 'Brothers until Death' on it. I milicanoned this before realising it might not be actual canon - his brother has this tattoo, as does Jack Bauer. Fandom assumes it was something Jack was given when he was accepted as part of the cartel and it never occured to me until after I RP'd him with it, that we never actually see it on Ramon. But we don't not see it either so, yeah. He has it in Milliways.

Justin - no. But might eventually.

Satan - no.

Maximus - yep. He has SPQR on his left bicep. I haven't got him to the point in canon where he removes it himself with a knife yet. *wince*

Ben might have gotten one before becoming the Thing except for his being Jewish. I can see him trying to carve "Alicia" on his arm or something post transformation despite the prohibition however. It wouldn't work, of course, but I can see him trying.

Only other pup I can see maybe getting a tattoo is Val von Doom and it would probably involve rainbows, unicorns and Quantum mathematics.

Harry Wells: canonically yes, a 'Desert Rat' on his left bicep (I think it's his left, anyway). Millicanonically he's got a fat black serpent on one of his forearms from the time he pissed off Athena for being an overly clever bitch who welshed on her promise to Hephaestos. The serpent used to be a curse-marker but it's been rendered a harmless tattoo now.

BLU Medic: his blood type and 'Medic' designation on his upper back just below and to the left of the vertebra prominens. After all, if he goes down, who's going to work the medigun on him?

Adrian Shephard: a Marine Corps bulldog, right upper arm, around about where a T-shirt sleeve would fall.

Gordon, Ray, Ellen, Whistler, Belar: no. Ray's got an MiB tracking chip in the back of his neck, that's as close as he gets. I'm not sure Ellen would grasp what tattoos were.

Ironhide and Bumblebee have Autobot faction logos built into their armor at various places and I suspect Ironhide has a unit marking etched in him somewhere by means of acid, from his unit during the War. That kinda counts.

Bob used to have a phong-shaded skull tattooed on his right shoulder. It got wiped out during his Millicanon decompilation and code editing.

Enzo: Dot would delete him. He does have a copy of Matrix's tattoo, drawn in crayon, as part of his Matrix costume, but it's not like he ever wears that anymore. (When he's old enough, assuming things continue well with Dani, he might get a tattoo of her insignia.)

Tucker: Even if he wanted one, he's underage and his parents would have a matched set of apoplexies.

The Revenant: No way. The first step in being a master of disguise is minimizing your own distinguishing marks. He probably had any birthmarks removed.

Fiona has an ornamental tattoo across the brace of her hips.

Olga has magical tattoos, sigils mostly, invisible to the naked (non-Other) eye. One of them is the rune that bound her in Owl form, and I think it may be wings across her back.

Mills has no identifying marks to speak of.

Vert is non-corporeal but she's inspired a few tattoos, she says.

Dot: Has two actually. One is the Mainframe Militia Faction tattoo on her left shoulder, the other is a scribble-heart and arrow on the inside of her thigh, that she got when she was a teenager. I think that she wanted to honestly get a tattoo more as a way of holding onto youth than anything relating to an act of rebellion against her father.

Tyler present and future: Nope, he's not even ten yet, and thanks to Dr. Newby's healing abilities and his natural tendency to avoid danger, he doesn't have many scars yet either. Adult!Tyler, no tattoos, and a mostly faded bite-mark scar which he refuses to talk about.

Mother: ...some scars that he just gets cagey about, mostly childhood ones.

Mookbots: They used to have a small maker's mark in the shape of Megabyte's viral skull inside their shoulder plates. After the first 3 months of working for Dot and not getting blown up, sliced to pieces, or otherwise mangled, the first chance they got the marks were melted off and replaced with tiny Mainframe Militia marks.
