I think he's alright with playing straight with David...though he might fudge the profits on the books for the next couple of years. 2.5% is a lot of money, yo! And he didn't specifically ask to see the books so Ramon might get the accountants to get a bit creative there.

So long as David still gets a lucrative nest egg out of the deal, he won't rock the boat. His financial experience will be able to take whatever Ramon gives him and flip it into millions more, so he's not going to be too picky. :)
