My favorite thread by someone else? Bartending with Famine! His specials board made me smile.

I wrote a series of drabbles about my new character Donovan Reece, then got him approved, put up a pre-OOM for him, and then brought him crashing into the lake...

As for Teja's week in thread:

• Teja meets Merlin again, but he's young, and Teja doesn't realise who he is.
  
• Teja meets a vampire stripper in the most ridiculous armour ever. Really. Beats the dreaded polyester armour from Halloween by several lenthgs.
  
• Teja meets yet another werewolf.
  
• Teja hears that That Dreadful Woman from Jason's world has arrived, and reacts with a very rude word.
  
• Teja meets that woman's mate and embroils himself in an embarrassing conversation about birth control. Anita!verse, how we love thee!
  
• Dilan falls out of a tree, and Teja finds it both poignant and sweet to meet the Other of his Nobody friend...
  
• Teja was out with his axe on the night of the murder.
  
• Teja talks to Asher about the Anita disaster, and offers the house in Tuscany as a refuge for him and Nathaniel, as Anita is on their case.
  
• Yrael has made curry and shares some with Teja while they discuss the murder, and Anita Blake.
  
• Teja suspects Ramon Salazar of the murder by demonstratively not suspecting him, then decides it really wasn't him, but there might be fun in Security questioning him.
  
• Teja offers refuge to Nathaniel as well, and they talk about Demeter.
  
• Bonus smut thread! Teja and Charlie make out in the forge. This is set last week, but was written in this one. Warning for explicit sex!

Well, let's see.

Cata was outside the night of the murder.
Cosmo is talking to Squirrel (I'll tag again... sometime; he's easily out-shouted by the rest of the headspace contingent).
And I got my new girl approved! I had a lot of fun with the OOM I did where she calls Moist on the inconsistencies in his Cubefall-related cover story. Past that, it's been a while since my last two-characters-at-once thread, but that one was a lot of fun. And now she's talking to Beetle, who she's totally going to dub 'Captain Hammer's skinny, alcoholic cousin' because SERIOUSLY.

And apparently Beetle is falling in drunken love with Conflict Diamond. She really is allowed to kick him in the balls if he gets too close to her. That's kinda...how most of his relationships with the ladies go.

And, I have to say, the 2 pup one with Coreen is great. I'm having a blast.

She probably will, if he gets too close. For now, there's some hope that her eye-rolling at 'I'm a superhero!' will slow him down. (She's not counting on it by any means, but it's worth a shot. XD)

Personally, I'm proud of a pair of OOMs I got out this week. The 2007 movie Transformers contingent is going AU, as the history presented in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is completely irreconcilable with pretty much everything Optimus, Ironhide, Bumblebee, and Ratchet have told people about Cybertronian history/culture/time span/etc. The two OOMs I got up this week are the beginning of our version of that plot:

It begins two years ago, with Starscream leaving Earth.
And it continues with Starscream informing Shockwave of what's come to pass.

Transformers aside, I'd also like to note that we have the Rookie from the new Ghostbusters video game in the Bar, and he's wonderful. Here's his first meeting with Milliways!Ray. I thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to more.

I have almost everything I need for my new apartment except renters insurance, a plan with Comcast for net and cable, a sofa and a microwave.

Also I have a new headvoice. He snuck up on me and I'm trying really hard to not mess him up because I like him and he even has a journal.

This has been a rather quiet week for me in RP just because all my Michigan stuff has eaten most of my time.

I really enjoyed the threads with Tanya Adams linked here. They took quite a while in slow-time, but I'm very pleased with them.

Annabelle threaded with Tanya again here.The ensuing event that Annabelle offered to attend is left to the reader's imagination. (She probably didn't cause a diplomatic incident, but I'm sure she was tempted to by the end of the evening...)

Annabelle also bids Alyx luck before she heads back to her world.

It's odd really, as I didn't design any of Annabelle's back-story to match up in a particular way with Tanya's.

Working backwards and trying to figure out the why of her unrequited love for Michael and her betrayal and death has resulted in a lot of suffering for Annabelle, I'm afraid.

Oh geez. Hey guys! I have awesome, but I dunno if I can show it. My weekend was super crazy, lots of fun, and actually kind of productive.

Saturday, my sister and I went swimming in the lake, ate at Sonic, then got ourselves pretty and went to the local gay club to enjoy the drag queen show and the techno room. You wouldn't freakin' BELIEVE how athletic that hostess is! I'd like to see you guys try to spin on stiletto heel boots the way she does. We also got random gay guy kisses and I had me some fine fine vodka.

Sunday, I crashed until 3 pm, went shopping for groceries, and finally got myself one of those automatic shower cleaners. Hell yeah, bitches! Also, some of you guys might remember how I got scammed last Christmas. Well, the attorney general for the state the scammers are in has informed me that they will be conducting a civil investigation on them. I've just finished filling out the affidavit. By hand. Ow.

Musewise, I joined dear_mun and squeeeeeeeeeeed at the other Lunar muns. I have so much freakin' love for Lunar 2 era Nall, who will in fact bully Draco if he doesn't keep Mia 100% happy. XD
