OBJECTS IN SPAAAACE! No, wait, not really.
O hai. Posted with Chuck's journal because Freya doesn't have backroom access yet.
SO. You may have noticed a kind of confused twenty-something-year-old drifting through the bar. Sort of spaced out and freaked out. Well guess what.
Freya is a telepath, of the hears people's thoughts variety.
Indulge me for a moment. If you're standing in a crowded room, what do you hear? Lots of voices. A lot of times they blend together to make a bunch of sound, punctuated by the occasional voice breaking through for a moment to be clear enough to hear a word or two. As specific people get closer, you can hear them more clearly and pick out their voices; as they move away, they blend back in.
This is what Freya will be hearing, only with people's thoughts.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU, PART ONE: always, always indicate what your character is thinking. It can be italics, it can be whitetext, it can be in the narrative, I don't care. Just make it clear.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU, PART TWO: do you know how Gen does Objects in Space posts, and people randomly pop in and out of threads for a comment or two? Well: THIS. It would be awesome if people could do that, to sort of give the idea of the crowded room/people wandering in and out of earshot.
Basically, this post is for her to meet Milliways without really... realising she's meeting Milliways. She'll return to her canon soon after this post, and assume this was all some kind of dream/hallucination, and go through canon. And then she'll come back, and be all "OH HELLO, IT'S FOR REAL".
SO YES. That is about it, I think? HAVE FUN, and direct any questions my way. :D

I might throw a handful of them at you, just for the random flavour of the place.
\o/ I love this idea!

Canonically, Jack Harkness' thoughts can't be read via telepathy, although it's unclear why this is - either extreme mental training, or the immortal thing, or both. Shall we go with that if they end up threading?
Also, I totally just typoed 'immortal' as 'immoral.' *Facepalm*

So what if your character isn't all - exactly - real.
Roxas is made out of Light magic, and willpower. (...And possibly bad attitude.)

I would imagine that would be your call. He could be pulled together so tightly that she can't listen in, or he could realise she can hear him and block it, or whatever.

And listening to Meda's thoughts is going to give Freya a headache.
Also, HURRAY, FREYA IN BAR!
