Notice of Road Trip and Lack of Internet

Starting on Thursday, I will be driving with my parents and all of my stuff to Ann Arbor to move into my apartment and start graduate school.

What this means for the game is that I'm not sure what my net access is going to be like on the road and if I'll even have the energy to do too much when I arrive. My aim is if we're staying at a place with net access to be online when I can.

Net access won't be set up in my apartment until the 3rd of August so there might be a few days when I'm only briefly on. This affects

Make sure you visit Zingerman's Deli, but try not to make a habit of it. It is expensive. But tasty. Very, very tasty. And they will give you half a dozen bagels for free on your birthday!

What are you going to study? If you say information science I will have to squee very loudly and ask you to tell some professors hello for me.

Hannah, I've been talking about going to Ann Arbor for an MLS from the School of Information in chat for a while.

I even went to visit at the start of April and saw Rick who took me to Zingerman's.

Actually, what with the moving and the new job I have not been checking LJ as frequently. Still, I must apologize for being dumb.

It was more that I've been talking about it in chat while you've been there but no worries, it happens.

Rick's been a great guide and peek into the program.

We just picked up the sofa which is lovely and awesome and the rental truck. The current worry is that the truck might not be big enough, but my Dad is a master packer so we'll see.

Woot, sure figure it out. My mom's good at that too. I guess for some smaller items they can be shipped out later if you have to.

I think it will actually work, its bigger than it seems.
