Head-up to the Milli!weres

Just read on my f-list that tonight we are getting not merely a full moon, but also a partial lunar eclipse.

Just passing it on, sort of thing, because it might be fun to play around with. While the eclipse isn't visible on the US West Coast at all, the outside area of Milliways is sort-of in Scotland, where the eclipse starts around 11 pm.-

The late, if unlamented, TV show "She-Wolf of London" (also called "Love and Curses") suggested that a full eclipse, despite not blocking the moon all night, would mess with a werewolf's cycle. Rather than going wolfy, the heroine of the show acted a lot more aggressively in her human form for the next few days, after which her pent up lycanthropy burst at the worst possible moment.

Wacky early 90s fun.
