A question about outback.
I know there is lots of various fighting/sports equipment outside but I am wondering if there is anything like a heavy punching bag? I seem to remember a smaller bag being mentioned at one time or anyother but I can't seem to find any mention now that I go to look.
Any ideas?

There are indeed punching things both inside and outside at Milliways.
There's the heavy bag outside, but there's also a speed bag and heavy bag in the gym, which is the first door on the left down the Staff Hallway.

Or is there super-strength workout equipment I don't know about? Or maybe he could bring some in?

Mostly it's a room full of used stuff and...a motorcycle in various stages of disrepair.
There is, of course, the Whomping Willow outside, should anyone need some agility training.

Sudden ideas for threads! I never knew the bar had a gym. Or a Whomping Willow!

So the grounds themselves are a copy of the grounds surrounding Hogwarts, with the Bar being where the Castle would be.
It's just that things get a big dodgy once you hit the Forbidden Forest. That's when things start to repeat like a Hanna-Barbera cartoon background.
As for the Gym, it's an in game sort of word of mouth thing, but open to all.
That was once Raphel's room, but due to his mild claustrophobia Raph preferred to sleep in his tent on the roof.
