Emergency Guest DE!

Well, probably not an emergency, but [livejournal.com profile] neenie didn't do one for whatever reason and said I could, so here you go!

I have recently been reminded that you can plug short descriptions of pretty much any two characters into "One's a ______. One's a ______. They're cops." for wacky hijinks. Bonus points, of course, if the pups in question are not, by any stretch of the imagination, cops.

Go nuts.

Ehehe.

"One's a duty-obsessed pirate. One's an armored jumping angstbucket. They're cops."

Will has, once I get his app written.

I don't know why I haven't managed to get it done yet. Kain's headvoice is greatly easier for me than Frederic's, but I've completely started the app over three times so far.

"One's a marine who could kill you with his brain. One's a fish-girl. They're cops."

What the hell is with this water theme?

It's like...mutant baywatch.

[identity profile] cameoflage.livejournal.com 2009-09-11 07:40 pm (UTC)(link)
Today I have learned something!

[identity profile] spandexed-edie.livejournal.com 2009-09-11 06:26 pm (UTC)(link)
It's a perturbing mental image.

[identity profile] spandexed-edie.livejournal.com 2009-09-11 05:39 pm (UTC)(link)
"One's a supervillianess and one's a living vampire. They're cops."

Dude...so...not right!

[identity profile] arrin.livejournal.com 2009-09-11 05:48 pm (UTC)(link)
The show'd be called something like "Evil Undead", or something like that.

[identity profile] spandexed-edie.livejournal.com 2009-09-11 05:54 pm (UTC)(link)
Ivy would point out that she's not evil, or undead.

Edie thinks Ivy needs to get her head out of her ass.

"One's a bunny samurai and one's a robot nanny. They're cops."

Or

"One's a deity of malice and mischief and one's a mutated ex-test pilot. They're cops."

I'm not sure which is more wrong.

[identity profile] spandexed-edie.livejournal.com 2009-09-11 05:44 pm (UTC)(link)
Putting the bunny samurai with the deity of malice and mischief, if you'd ask me.

[identity profile] spooky-lemur.livejournal.com 2009-09-11 05:57 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh that is just genius!

[identity profile] spandexed-edie.livejournal.com 2009-09-11 06:01 pm (UTC)(link)
Why thank you! :D

I do try.

[identity profile] immortalthief.livejournal.com 2009-09-11 05:54 pm (UTC)(link)
One is the most evil and powerful vampire to exist in his world. One's the an immortal thief. They're cops

All my other pups actually are cops or ex-cops. Yes I am a goodie goodie at heart.

[identity profile] missginnytonic.livejournal.com 2009-09-12 06:27 am (UTC)(link)
almost all of mine are cops also but two

One's costumed hero, the other's a costumed hero, and...

Wait.

Well, they aren't cops?
sdelmonte: (Default)

[personal profile] sdelmonte 2009-09-11 06:19 pm (UTC)(link)
No, though it sometimes feels like the same thing. And my original super-hero pup, Barry Allen, WAS a cop as well.

One's an extra dimensional space ferret, the other's a comparative mythographer. They're librarians cops.

Or

One's a completely normal Japanese teenage girl, in an abnormal world, the other's a horror author who dates a vampire. Together they fight crime. When they aren't, you know, hiding evidence of the supernatural from the outside world....

You really can't win the bonus on this one can you? I mean, two are technically vigilantes and Guardian is kind of more like a Champion then cop....

Nope. To close!

I was counting Tucker, under the 'Support staff are also heroes' guidelines. That and a keen disregard of the difference between ghosts and regular villains because of Vlad.

[identity profile] mercuriazs.livejournal.com 2009-09-11 09:16 pm (UTC)(link)
One's a pansexual fairy with honesty issues and a bucketful of children. One's a demon-summoning murderess with a probable caffeine addiction.

They're cops.

No. Wait. That was the last group of PCs my players tried to run for D&D.

She's a recovering assassin (recovering her skill set, that is). He's a henchman who until recently had a lame excuse for a superpower. Together, they....
...Cause a lot of the crime everyone else is fighting, more likely.
