Hiiiii, Milliways.
New player with a new pup, so this is just a quick introduction for him. Mr. Patch here is called Ciel Phantomhive, and he's a spoiled noble from an off-beat, alternate Victorian England. (Other stuff, too, but that's kind of a long story.)
Anyway, two important disclaimers:
First, Ciel is not a great socializer. He can be polite, but he's not very open about things. And he can also be a snotty douche. So, if he is the second one to your characters, I'm sorry! It's not that I hate you or don't want to play with you. In fact, it probably means the exact opposite.
Second, Ciel's soul is promised to a demon. It hasn't actually been collected yet, but, if you have a character who could sense that at all, feel free to notice it, no permission needed.
