Hiii. I used to play a certain

mini_supes in the bar. Then canon went bad like a dried watermelon in a fly patch, and I couldn't get his voice back anymore! So I retired him.

But the voice came back! So, Kon-el aka Conner Kent is back in the bar, or rather he will be tomorrow. :) I just have a few things to ask of you guys.

1: He's from a time when DC people knew they were comics. So you can take him as he knows that.
2: Is he dead? Yes. I haven't caught up on his canon, and I want to get it right. This Kon comes in from right after he died. Fight-death-boomitsadoor!
3: Please, please, if your character would know the future of his universe, please don't tell him. This especially includes Legion of Three Worlds. If your character would absolutely tell him, send me a message in his LJ inbox. We'll talk out how to handle things.
4: But as a caveat, your are allowed to tell him the current status of the Bat family. In fact, I actually need someone to do this. Any takers?
5: This is the same Kon that came in oh so long ago. No memory wipes, no new universe, it's the same old Kon, baby. (I apologize for that, he insisted.)
6: He -will- enter with the damage from the fight and minimally alive. As a result, I need someone able to help superpowered dudes to be there. Is there anyone who can please take this on?
7: Do we have anything worked out with comics vs Smallville vs Batmovies?

1. Dinah knows about the Batman movies, but not the comics, so mind about telling her that?

2-6 are not relevent to her (Or Renee), as she's from pre-everything, and knows very little about the future, and I'd like to keep her that way.

7... I'm not sure what you mean? Comics and Movie and TV characters are aware of each other and know they're AU. Is that it?

2-6 Kon would kind of recognize her from the AU splitoff he's in - it used to be regular bar canon, but then most of the players quit, so there was an agreement a year or so back to just call it AU now. In any case he would have been to Star City once or twice, getting dragged there as a show of faith (aka a barrier to hide behind) since Dick lives there and would force his poor birdly brother to visit, haha.

So I guess in that respect, how would you want me to handle it? He's very good at not spoiling the future (being in the Legion does that to you), but he would still register on his radar as 'that hot babe who's scary in a cool way'.

Best way to handle it, I think, is as the pups themselves won't know if Dinah's future is Kon's present or that they're AU, that he can happily tell her he knows her as the Black Canary, and that she's hot and scary in a cool way, but can he have the sense not to mention Ollie yet?

Because I want that to be a surprise.

He tries to never mention Ollie because it makes him want to brush his teeth with acid after.

Clark is aware that he exists in other worlds and even that he's "Superman", but he is not aware that these are fictional stories etc. I'd like to keep it that way, please. I have nothing against him finding out that Kon is a clone of him, but don't expect him to take it well initially, especially with Lex being involved and all.

As for #7, it's basically what Dinah-mun said above. Some of them have interacted with each other and I believe they generally take each other to be from AU worlds. At least, Clark does.

Awesome. And Kon would generally prefer this Clark not to find out, so. xD If the cat can stay in the bag while running away, it's still a success! (Or so he would say, that dork.)

He'll take it as an AU, considering the time period he was in, and also the time he spent hopping universes way back when. But the whole CRISIS EVERYONE GONNA DIE AND MERGE thing, do you want that hidden? Don't panic everyone now, Kon.

I don't think that would matter much to Clark? He tends to keep the AU worlds that he's supposedly in in a very abstract sort of way that's hard for me to explain, but he would think it wasn't something that would affect him or his world, if that makes sense. He'd be worried for Kon, though, and Kendra/Hawkgirl who he's very good friends with.

That does make sense.Kon's done a lot of universe hopping himself (oh, 90s), so he's pretty used to it. He'll be more shocked by the concern. XD;

As for the rest -- Diana is highly unlikely to talk about future stuff with anyone she is not sure she is concurrent with, so even when she gets to more current canon, she won't spill anything.

Awesome. :D He'll probably try to ask her about Cassie, or give Diana something for her. He can deal with non-answers since he's been dealing with them in the bar for so long. Mostly he'll just be like "This is real stupid to ask of someone like you, coz you're all superpowered even more of the superpowered, but, uh... just keep her alive, okay? Happy too, if you can."

And in a vague future-y type way that requires me finishing Five Lessons in Blood and Revelations first, Renee will be going through Final Crisis at some point. I've already talked to Clark-mun about her turning up in the Smaillville Earth (or Bar, but I like her turning up in the AU Earths as she does in canon) and recruiting him; would you like her to recruit Kon as well? I'm pretty sure he'd be part of the Superman Army.

Basically, Checkmate recruit Renee (I forget why, maybe because she's immune to Anti-Life?) to travel through the multiverse recruiting Supermans (Supermen? Sounds wrong) from each Earth in order to generate a massive invulnerable army to go against Darkseid. Nominally it should be restricted to the 'Canonical' DC multiverse, but I don't see why it can't include Earth 0.125 or whatever AU Kon's 'verse is from Renee's Earth 0.

Stopped reading at Infinite Crisis #1 because then I couldn't buy comics anymore. And then...yeah. XD;

Kon can't go back to his universe, he'd be dead for real if he did. (Until lately, I guess) But he'd go with that. He might need some assurance they ain't gonna run into granny goodness (oh god), but.Either way he'd do it.

0.125. I like it XD Up to the end of Infinite Crisis things were the same, except Ion never got fucked up, Star City never got screwed, and Kon never ever touched Wonder Girl lol.

Dick's off in Star City living with roy and lian, but still mentally screwed. connor fixed kyle from all the fridging vagually. Conner Kent was about to start college before he died. And Tim was being emo.

There's relationships and events ands tuff too and now I'm starting to get the feeling maybe I should write this down so we can compare the two sides. XD;

I have a Titan goddess (Leto) who can, and does, heal everything from fellow Titans to mortals, so she should theoretically be able to help him.
