Bugger, I forgot.
Right, so in the midst of conferencing and whatnot I completely forgot to summarize The Wounding (and Subsequent Healing) of Tonks. The thread is a little zilla-y, but I think there is, actually, some amount of continuity I can string together. But we'll see.
First off -- Tonks is in trouble on the job, and when she makes a break for it, finds herself in Milliways. Ain't it nice how that all worked out? :D
Bernard is first on the scene, and it is quickly established that Tonks is not, in fact, dead. Yet. Aziraphale also rushes over (and SWEARS omg), followed closely by Crowley. The angel sets about healing Tonks, whilst Crowley focuses on keeping her awake. Luke wants to help as well, and offer Tonks strength from the Force. Finally, Charlie shows up just in time to see his girlfriend bleeding all over the floor of the bar. Such a nice surprise.
Charlie is, understandably, very upset, and demands answers from Aziraphale. (aka, Nny fights with herself :D) Aziraphale is terse, and Crowley is direct. Charlie settles for comforting Tonks and just being wonderfully sweet in general. *loves Charlie*
Meanwhile, back on the healing front, the angel is concerned about the Dark curses Tonks has been hit with, and Crowley does his demony thing to prise them open so that the angel can heal more effectively. Tom suddenly arrives and rushes over, offering help, whereupon Crowley (in one of the cooler Matrix-like moves I've watched him do) lifts every scrap of knowledge regarding Dark Curses from Tom's brain. Tom is, of course, a bit startled, but knows it's probably for the best, and settles for casting a Pain-Killing Charm on Tonks. And, WOO, Tonks makes a former future Dark Lord cry.
On the sidelines, Bernard tries to make Tonks as comfortable and not totally freak out, himself. Crowley puts him to work preparing a guest room and he also keeps Tonks awake by talking about the Weasley's joke shop. With a rather mad, bomb-happy glint in his eye, Bernard leaves. Death Eaters, beware!
The strain of being in the presence of undiluted angelic glow gets to Crowley, but he still won't back off until Aziraphale manifests the no-nonsense wings. With Crowley safely away, Aziraphale dials it up a notch, and major progress is made. Risking himself once more, Crowley transfers the knowledge gained from Tom into Aziraphale's mind, and it seems to work. Crowley is not in the best of shape, and Tom offers a Pain-Killing Charm for him, as well. Crowley accepts, and sends Tom in search of Peter's healing supplies, especially the burn paste. Completely spent, the angel asks someone else to finish up with a healing spell, and Tom obliges.
Crowley moves to help prop the angel up, and Tonks thanks the both of them. Crowley directs everyone upstairs to the guest room Bernard has prepared.
Once in the room, Tom tucks Tonks in, and everyone settles in. Charlie is a bit put out, insisting that he can look after his own girlfriend, thanks very much, but Aziraphale and Crowley are unmoved. Tom leaves, and Tonks is finally allowed to sleep.
Crowley makes a peace offering to Charlie, who is chuffed but still slightly wary of the demon. Pragmatic as ever, Crowley reassures Charlie of his intentions, and the two of them have a nice little bonding moment over getting caught on fire and dragons. Awww. The angel, meanwhile, is exhausted, and there is a brief thread of snark before the three men settle down for the night.
*collapses*
Remind me never to do something so plotty EVER AGAIN. No, actually, it was really fun -- hugs and love to all involved!

I'm so glad I got home from class in time to join the fray. Tom was happy to be of help. :)
