Three's company, but it only takes 2 when it's Nick and LaCroix
Hol-ee-crap. Tonight was...insane. Lots and lots of stuff happened, so Divia-mun, I hope you see this. Things went...pineapple-shaped, I suppose.
After a short discussion with Sir Apropos of Nothing about employment opportunities, LaCroix is approached by
weallscream, who has noticed his foul mood.
nick_b_knight feels the need to butt in since he and LaCroix have some business...and he's worried since he's dealt with Paul before. Nick manages to majorly piss off Paul but gets him so frustrated that he disappears. Meanwhile, Nick and LaCroix have started an elaborate dance-around-the-issue tango, with lots of deliberate misunderstandings. The insanity starts when Nick, desperate to know about what LaCroix said last night, decides to play the 'dilligent child' card. LaCroix calls him on it, but Nick decides to follow through with it...which starts to melt the General. After some very spectacular submission, LaCroix explains what he meant last night. Nick is, as one could imagine, utterly boggled and angsts for a while before going even farther into the insanity. Nick answers truthfully: he cares deeply for LaCroix, but he's not giving up Natalie. LaCroix doesn't react well at all. Nick, not wanting to lose LaCroix, explains his reasoning. LaCroix acts like an angry old queen and explains that he doesn't feel like being second fiddle to a mortal. Nick once again explains to LaCroix about how he feels about him (and Natalie) and finally admits that he does love the General. And then, gods above, they smooch. And then they really smooch. And then they head for LaCroix's apartment in a thread on his journal mentioned at the bottom.
Well...THIS is an interesting and TOTALLY UNPLANNED development. I'm starting to believe Snow-mun's theory even more now. Hol...e...crap.

Its really confusing when you link personal journals. Could you use the LJ user tag instead of a straight link?

Milliways: insane angsty fallout is the norm.
