It's quite all right. I can personally assure you that the children depicted in the majority of art relating to this holiday are all essentially servants or manifestations of a particular Greco-Roman deity, and as such would register on the PKE meter should any of them appear within firing range of the average shortbow. Honestly, I can't imagine those weapons of theirs are much good beyond about twenty yards. We should be just fine.

I think the program believes that anyone not a human would have some considerably more direct means of accessing the Internet than through a standard human web browser, for whatever that's worth. Maybe if you accessed the servers directly through the TARDIS computers, or something similar?
