Tag in with a pup (I recommend only one, to make it a bit more challenging?) and then go to others and write a fic with that character that is only three sentences long.

The red doesn't show stains so badly as the white had, he reasons when the thoughts threaten to surface again. Evil inventors are supposed to smell a little weird, he dismisses the suggestions of others.

He can't tell them why he can't bear to go do laundry just yet.
