All brains, though? I mean, some brains, yeah, but I wouldn't want to eat a... okay, I can't actually think of a brain I wouldn't want to eat. This is a Bad Sign.

Octopus brains taste spicy as well as smell spicy. And my sister won't let me eat them when I go out with her, because she thinks octopi are smart and thus shouldn't be eaten. I don't know about that, all I know is they taste good.
