I don't think I did anything particularly brilliant this week, but there have been many absolutely OUTSTANDING oom posts by lots of people--I would recommend going and reading them, even if you don't normally follow the pups or their story lines...the writing is just wonderful.

This week in I Play Characters Other Than Claudia, Honest: I inflicted Cosmo with IMDb flu, because how can I not, with the rest of Ben Kingsley's resume? More fun will be had with that, probably after work today.

Also, it's only barely started, but: Moist and Doc. SO MUCH FUN.

Claudia has also had some awesome this week, but that's OOM and not quite ready to post yet. Keep an eye out for it this week, though.

Urquhart and Moist more or less involuntarily exchange first names at last, courtesy of Lady Margolotta's meddling. Then, they go and have 'serious sex', as Fi so aptly put it in her link text.

Teja and Charles discuss rules, and Urquhart, and get on much better than anybody would have been expecting them to, including their muns.

I'm starting the semester and I think its going to be a good one. Today I have to venture out in the cold to buy my books so I can do work for one of my classes tomorrow but I'm feeling prepared.

In RP news, Maru mentioned one of my favorites, Urquhart and Moist.

Sameth had a good Happy Hour.

Will finally had an OOM. This one has been in my head for a while so I'm glad to get it written.

Eames and Moist were so much fun.

William had a bad day in Bar, the two linked threads were amazing to write. I love that range in Milliways from a stupid argument to someone's blood on your shirt.

Yrael, Sam and Teja in the forge, I love the dynamics in this thread.

It's still most definitely in progress, but Mia and Ghaleon are having a civil chat. She's so setting Ghaleon up to tell him about a realization she had about him.

And even though this began at the end of last week, I'm counting it because I was working on it this week. And because I was sick as a dog when I was working on it. I'm kind of crazy like that. But anyway, Lucas uses his PSI to help Helena Bertinelli and then reads some light poetry to her.

And I'm making maple apple sourdough bread and you aaaaaaaall want some. Except it probably won't be ready for a couple of weeks. Stay tuned for partial excitement!

I got back into RPing this week! And it has been an AWESOME week, let me tell you. :D

In Mways, Rosalie met Trowa (http://community.livejournal.com/milliways_bar/23808836.html?thread=1068578628#t1068578628). Gen and I were cackling over this thread the entire time. She also met Rachel (http://community.livejournal.com/milliways_bar/23804836.html?thread=1068558244#t1068558244).

And over in Mixed Muses, I threw in Frederick Mayhawk (http://community.livejournal.com/mixed_muses/974111.html), one of my favorite characters from my sister's novel (that will hopefully be published someday soon)! He also had the pleasure of meeting the Blakeneys (http://community.livejournal.com/mixed_muses/973576.html?thread=76282376#t76282376) (very amusing! XD) and a centaur from Fantasia (http://community.livejournal.com/mixed_muses/976618.html?thread=76418282#t76418282).

Frederick may be the most fun I've ever had with a headvoice, and I'm so happy that people seem to like him at least a little! It means I'm not messing him up too badly. XD So I'd really, really, really like to thank everyone who's threaded with him so far. I've been telling my sister about it, and it's made her so happy. ♥ Here's hoping he can make it to the actual bar someday! :D
