Ask YT
Yeah, I decided to do it again. It's the Ask YT advice column! Write to YT with your problems and she will dispense her wisdom! Although be warned, said wisdom might consist of "get over yourself."

I may have just offered to give a fifteen-year-old boy sexual advice while under the influence of the hallucinogenic flu. What do I do to counteract the inevitable death from embarrassment when back in sound mind again?
Please help!

You get the explanation and apology over with as soon as possible. Which doesn't mean you should think it over first - don't rehearse a script, but figure out what you want to say. Then go apologize to him in person. I know that probably scares the crap out of you right now, but it's not going to be as bad as you think it is, and you'll feel a lot better when it's done.
Sincerely,

Well, it depends on a couple of things. If your relationship with the girl back home is casual (and the two of you are both on the same page about that), and the relationship you want to have with the chick in the bar is casual too...well, no harm, no foul. But if there's something more serious going on with either one of them - either because you're in love or they are - then you need to be an adult and call it off with the one you aren't in love with. Simple as that.

I met some new people, starting with this older girl, and a month or so ago, I accidentally listened in on her have a really intense argument with her friend outside of the Bar. She was yelling loud enough to be heard all the way over by the horsebarn. I get the feeling like she wants me to pretend she's normal, and like it never happened, but it did and I kind tried to say that they might want to move farther away from the Bar next time they argue.(I found out her friend's name not cause she introduced us, but she screamed it often enough at him! Half the bar probably heard them, too!)
Now she's giving me looks like I just pissed in her cereal if I'm anywhere in the bar, since I brought it up. What should I do?

You should go up to her, admit you were out of line, and apologize. True, it wasn't classy of her to have a screaming argument with someone where anyone could easily overhear, but since you were a) not her close friend and b) not involved in the argument, you didn't have the right to tell her that, even if your intentions were good.
I can't guarantee that an apology will work, but admitting that you made a mistake can go a long way.
Sincerely,
YT
