Vext dog_of_mishap: His entire life is just one big embarrassment. I mean if you end up getting Superman to fix your running toilet on your first day on Earth when he's letting you know that they're going to be watching you...
Eragon saphiras_rider Getting turned into a lamb on one of his first times in the bar.
There was this one time that Raph nearly killed his youngest brother with a lug wrench.
That was pretty embarrassing.
Mike, as a rule, isn't embarrassed by anything. It's hard to be so when you're completely devoid of shame.
Ida feels the same way, only crankier.
The Loompas, for the most part, don't feel embarrassed about anything either. Except for Braids. He's pretty sensitive when it comes to contact embarrassment, and...he did see what your character did the other night.
Will doesn't have one that stands out but Milliways has provided him with many.
Demeter doesn't get embarrassed, its just not in how she works.
Moist's at the moment was when Lady Margolotta told Urquhart his name, which he considers embarrassing.
Sameth's would be dancing The Bird of Dawning, the entire city of Belisaere saw what a horrible dancers he was and the other dancers kept trying to trip him up and whack him with their stilts. Also there were feathers and horrible yellow stockings that made him feel like an idiot.
Jane's, I'm not really sure. It takes a lot for her to be truly embarrassed and most of her embarrassing things were to do with Tom and those turned into nice things.
William's would be thinking he was someone else for a while, that's embarrassing and confusing all at once.
Tumnus', that time that Bar took away his proper hooves and gave him legs but no pants.
The Pirate King doesn't get embarrassed, he causes embarrassment, poor Frederick.
Sam is actually less embarrassed by his and Alyx's impromptu IMDb-flu-influenced performance of Tango: Maureen than by the fact that it took him a few moments to recognise Cata the next day.
Claudia is saying 'three words - Volta's lab coat.' I'm inclined to agree with her there. XD
Well, there was that one time that KK helped end the world...AWKWARD!
Rapunzel? Hmmm. She's lived a long life, so there's lots of small moments to choose from. Showing up at the castle to meet the royal in-laws after giving birth to twins and living in squalor for a couple of years? That one was kind of mortifying, but necessary. Does that count?
Bobby...oy. He finds new Most Embarrassing Moments on a weekly basis. Mostly people are just embarrassed BY him--he's pretty unflappable most of the time. Since embarrassment is a form of anger, I would say that he is most embarrassed by his father's view on mutants, though I don't know if that is in keeping with the spirit of the question.
Mia's most embarrassing moment is not being able to recognize her own mother when she freed her from a jail cell. Granted, she was wearing a mask, but it didn't exactly hide her lower face and body. This is combined with Her Greatest Shame.
Lucas hasn't really hit his yet. Which will probably be destroying the world. Oops?
Oh God, where do I begin with Clem? Being told she's pregnant in front of the entire department, followed by finding out it was a false alarm, for starters; having Raineesha find out about her side-job as a waitress in a Tex Mex joint; getting dumped by Garcia on-camera; being mocked by a member of the CSI tech crew and bursting into tears on-camera; Marrying Barry the Hot Tub King post-mortem and finding out he's already got a wife, leaving her only with memories and a diamond bracelet; tattooing Garcia's face on her boob after a drunken night of passion, forgetting it ever happened, then wasting an entire week in Miami rushing around trying to ID him; dying in a (PG-rated!) Statue of Liberty costume.
Dixie would undoubtedly say the time she ran off to avoid testifying against that senator, hiding in Mexico and singing onstage in that wig.
That moment in "Night Terrors" when, thanks to deprivation of REM sleep that wasn't her fault (or anyone else's), she couldn't remember how to enter coordinates is pretty darn high up Sariel's list. It still makes her mentally cringe, both that she couldn't remember and that she acted, so she thinks, unprofessionally. She knows it wasn't anything she could've helped, which makes it rather less squirm-inducing, but it doesn't erase all the embarrassment.
Trying to write something like this after dinner and drinks=maybe not the best idea. :)
