Regardless of LJ being a giant pile of poo this week (yes I am logged in, yes I do want to autoformat, no I would not like you to crash, even if I get a shiny blue header image), I've managed to do some things! Er, mostly elsegame. However, I'm getting ready to jump into some of the April Fools mayhem as we speak; I've gotten some troublesome scenes written, finally; annnnd elsegame I am really enjoying pitting one of my OCs against Alex Row (http://community.livejournal.com/ididwhatwithwho/12918.html).

And, brought to crackchat last night courtesy of the most fabulous kippurbird, there's a new release of LJ login that should work with FF4 (http://community.livejournal.com/ljlogin/5874.html). Yay!

In RL news, spriiiiiing! That's all I really have to say. For everyone still slogging through winter, your deliverance is nigh! *throws sunshine at you!*

I put kid!Claudia in for April Fools'; she's currently objecting on the grounds that it's May, at least on the other side of the door. The EP itself is very much still open.

In non-Claudia news, a short Cata-Medic thread. --Also since Fi reminded me: Im MM, we have Cata pre-whitewashing and Moist the rookie con man.

And in fic news, The AO3 'post your old stuff!' challenge has reminded me that I wrote some seriously awesome fic, back in high school. (All Good Omens; there's an American Gods crossover, a Hitchhiker's Guide crossover, and some historical snippets.)

I feel like I can accomplish stuff these coming weeks. It turns out that taking a day and evening off does wonders for me. As does getting my tax refund. School is winding down and by the end of April, this semester will be done.

There have been some great things happening in RPland lately that I want to share too.

Sameth really hates April Fool's Day, this post is still open.

Moist and Lilith are so much trouble, I love threads like this with lots of layers and no morals.

William's Happy Hour was interesting too.

Over in Mixed Muses, Tiwa and younger Moist are being a lot of jumpy fun.

I didn't do much RP-wise this week, work's been too lunatic, leaving me with too little brain when I get home - sleep features greatly into my extra-curricular activities.

However?

I totally retrieved a razor from the stomach of an 18 week old Golden Retriever. And spayed her. In under 3 hours. And? She walked out of the hospital. Saw her again today, she's even bouncier than before all this happened. Booyah, world.
