Ben says the first Indiana Jones and in case that's not a good enough answer, it would be a F4 themed piece of Andy Warhol's or a similar by Patrick Nagel.
And now that I am awake I realize this would be a toss up between two pieces. The first is an original page from Fantastic Four #08 that had the first appearance of Alicia Masters, signed by Jack Kirby himself. The second would be the first sculpture of himself done by Alicia Masters.
As to my favorite art piece, I can't give one as I like too many different styles. John Sarget's Mademe X (http://jssgallery.org/paintings/Madame_X.htm) is a favorit as is a lot of Art Nouveau and Pre-raphaelite pieces. I also love Art Deco, ancient Egyptian and Greek stylings. I even like those paintings I've seen at Target with the couples Tangoing. This doesn't even take comic book art (Kirby, Dobson, some Cho, Immonen, Weiringo) into account. Art is such a broad subject I can't think of any one piece, or even one style, I can claim as my favorit.
I will say, in completely made-up-on-the-spot random Millicanon, that Scorpius is particularly fond of two Crups that were commissioned for painting by an ancestor of his. Their frame hangs in the hallway outside his room and whenever their Master, who also has a frame that hangs in the house, is nearby, they act perfectly well-behaved. But as soon as she's gone, they're rolling around, generally behaving like puppies, and they'll follow Scorpius throughout the house, running from frame-to-frame.
My favorite: Caillebotte's Paris Street; Rainy Day. Because I always felt like I was in a dream when I stood in front of it on my visits to the Art Institute. I always wanted to step inside the frame, honestly. I ended up having to get a small print of it on one of my last visits to the museum. It's not nearly the same, because of how big it is in person, but it's still my favorite.
This is really tricky for me as I like so many different kinds of art and it depends a lot on what I'm seeing. Sometimes I adore the simplicity of Greek and Roman and other times I just want to spend my time with Monet.
In terms of my pups, I'm even less sure. This is a fascinating question.
One of my favorite pieces of fine art is Hopper's "Night Owls." My all time favorite piece of geek art is A.C. Farley's painted cover to the second collected volume of Ninja Turtles. It's the background of my journal, for those interested.
Of all of my characters I'd imagine that Mike and Splinter would both have a favorite work of art, but...I'll be damned if I can think of one off the top of my head. We know Splinter has a canonical love of the Renaissance.
I think maybe inspired by that Mike may just have a fascination with classical sculpture. Anything that you can touch, really.
My favourite artists are Dave McKean and Ursula Vernon. (For very different reasons, obviously.) Couldn't pick a single specific piece, though a favourite is definitely McKean's "Moth". Non-contemporary and better known, I love Magritte and am quite fond of Renoir.
I think Enzo enjoys art in a general "that's pretty" sort of way, but isn't into it enough to have a definite favourite. I suppose Mondrian might strike a chord...
Artists are hired to paint portraits of the Ausa family, documenting the dynasty for years to come. Mia's favorite piece of art is a portrait of her Nana Nia as a young woman. Part of me wants to say Ghaleon painted it.
My favorite piece of art is The Last Supper, not just because of the subject matter (which I enjoy even though I've left the faith). It's a window to the food enjoyed during da Vinci's time. There's mostly rolls on the table but there are also oranges and what looks to be two plates of eel. It's also said that da Vinci hid a song in the painting.

Can't tell him a whole city's not a work of art.

Hmm. I'll have to chew on this.
