It's a charcoal grey t-shirt, with the design almost totally in black and grey except for a red rose.

There's a black circle, with the words "THE KA-TET OF NINETEEN" along the top in a font that looks like the kind used on posters in the Old West. Inside the circle is a wider circle in grey, with black and white silhouettes of the Guardians. In the center is a big keyhole shape with lines radiating out to each Guardian, and inside the keyhole is the silhouette of the Dark Tower.

There are two large revolvers, one to either side of the base of the tower, big enough to extend well outside the circle and obscure some of the Guardians. The butt of one gun is partly obscured by a red rose, which is the only color in the design. There's another rose on the other side, but it's just an outline in the background behind the circle and is easy to miss. At the bottom is a white looping ribbon design, with the words "SERVING THE BEAM SINCE 1999" in the same Old West font as the top.
