Substitute DE

Conspiracy theories...I love 'em. There's just something fascinating to me about the lengths the human mind will go to believe/justify something. Got any to share from your canons? Does your pup believe any? Are they true? Is you pup involved in any? If they are part of a conspiracy (looking at the MIB players here) are there any theories within your clandestine organization?

I'm running late so I'll have to give my answers later when I get to work.

THERE'S A HORRIFYING QUASI-FASCIST ORGANIZATION THAT USED TO BE THE SHADOW GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND IT ARRANGED A MONSTER SOCIAL EXPERIMENT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED TO ISOLATED GROUPS OF PEOPLE IN DIFFERENT CIRCUMSTANCES SO IT COULD ALLOW ITS OWN PEOPLE THE BEST CHANCE OF SURVIVAL POST-NUCLEAR WAR. POSSIBLY ON MARS.

... yeah.

But...but...I thought that was TRUE. Especially the Mars part!

Claudia works in one of those conspiracy theories, especially if Fargo saying 'until the scary lady with the beehive showed up, I thought Warehouse 13 was just an Internet rumor' is any indication.
So far as intra-Warehouse conspiracy theories go... hmm. Well, it's possible to blame almost anything on an Artifact, but that's more part of the job than anything else. There's the whole 'the Alice books were a fabrication to cover up what a total nutbar Alice Liddell actually was' thing.
And I'm sure any number of theories about what happened to Warehouse 2 have cropped up over the years. (Short version, since we're not up to there in canon yet: Warehouse 2 was in Egypt. The Romans invaded and pretty much forced it to shut down in a hurry, and not everything was retrieved before it moved to Rome.)

Also, in Millicanon, Artie's first assignment for the Warehouse was writing a script for the fake moon landing. (Which, incidentally, was faked on the moon, to cover up what was actually found there.)

Mia is technically part of a couple of conspiracies. For one, she knows for a fact that Luna was the Goddess Althena and that Dyne is not dead but rather gave up his powers as a Dragonmaster and now calls himself Laike. For another, she knows people really did live on the Blue Star and that she's married to an alien. If she shares either of these things, most people wouldn't believe her.

Mother 3... Oh, Mother 3... The Nowhere Islands are all that remains of Earth after the apocalypse and everyone save for Leder was made to forget what happened. Leder is the volunteered head of this conspiracy as his job ringing the town bell keeps everyone's memory suppressed. This is also probably why he doesn't talk until the end of the game when he tells Lucas and company the truth. Poor guy. ;.;

And I actually spent some time last night wondering if my sureness about diabetes being a form of slow, long-term bleach poisoning is a conspiracy or not. I've decided this morning that it's just a hypothesis that needs testing and I'm putting too much blind faith into it.

There's some strong evidence, in the HLverse, that the Black Mesa Incident was deliberately engineered, and that Dr. Breen was in on it, though the how and why of it are as yet unknown.

Of course, with Amascut, there is the conspiracy that ALL CATS HATE HER AND ARE OUT TO GET HER AND RUIN ALL HER PLANS. While it is somewhat true (amazingly) there are only certain cats she needs to be worried about, and these are easily distinguished from other cats by the fact that they don't die of old age. And in typical cat fashion, they are too lazy to ruin most of her plans, only some.

There is one guy in game who believes the gameworld is not real and is a game played on MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGICAAAAAAAAAAAAAL BOOOOOOOOOOOOOXES. :D

That sounds exactly like cats.

Cat would never be out to get her. Never. >___>

The Turtles are part of the vast ninja underworld in New York City. Not that anyone knows about that...because....NINJAS.

Ida, as a part of O2STK, would like me to inform you that there's nothing to see here. Move along. Unless you're looking for temporary employment.

The Loompas are hoping to blow the whistle on the Wonka Loompa-trafficking empire. Stay tuned.

There's an X-Files parody episode of ReBoot, with CGI Special Agents Fax Modem and Data Nully (guest voice by Gillian Anderson!). Modem is convinced that the Users don't exist and the Games are sent by the Guardians. Everyone else thinks he's nuts.

The Fool is apart of a secret society of sorts. There are people out there living in the shadows and edges of humanity of with unfathomable power and in a cold war with beings that can only live in the light.

Fade is part of a conspiracy to keep Tavi alive and the fact that he's heir to the throne a secret for most of the books.

Everyone is out to get Vext. But that's not a secret.

I think in Ancelstierre there probably are a couple of theories about the Old Kingdom running from its a lie to they're out to get us. They tend to make those in the Old Kingdom sigh and work more.

Moist has encouraged a few conspiracies here and there by just agreeing with people, he's unhelpful that way.

Other than that, I can't think of anything for my other pups.
