Okay, question.

If we can't get ourselves to play a character we possess, who we thought we could play but aren't able to (many reasons, for me - but it mostly boils down to the fact that I have a lot of ideas for the character, but I can't seem to form them into rp for her. I can do it for my other two, but not her); and are interested in going in other directions and applying for new things, what do we do?

Do we need to ask a mod before offering the character up, or just do it?

(The character in question is Pandora, btw)
