Dunno about last name, but a friend once told me that I look like a Gretchen, and I'm inclined to agree with her, so I reserve that as my alter ego, should I ever need one. I doubt I'd use a stage name, though, or a nom de plume. Or if I did, it would be a silly one where everyone knows my real name anyway.
I'm rather fond of P. Bing. So much so that it's the name I use for most of the voice over work I do online.
In the Image books Mike actually has a novel published, but...I'll be damned if I can remember what he used for a Pen Name. When/if I ever get to that point in Millicanon, I'll probably have him use Michael J. Angelo.
Raph's earned himself the moniker: The Shang Gamera. This pleases him, even if no one else in Tortall gets the joke.
Well, because of the weirdness about Amascut's name, she is most often referred to by the names "Devourer" and "Scourge of the Desert" when alluding to the goddess, mostly. She has a litany of lesser used appellations besides that, like most gods. She spends most of her time hiding in plain sight, so she probably has a large collection of mundane sounding names as well.
As for myself... well, I seem to go through internet handles like crazy, and as for nicknames, I have never settled on one. I can usually tell what stage in life I met a person by what they call me. Some of you in crackchat may have noticed this :D

The rest of mine don't have that issue though Demeter has a lot of names depending on her aspect.
I think if I was going to have a stage name, I'd take my middle name for my first: Romayne as its unusual and pretty.

Dixie Cousins actually IS Dixie's stage name. I think Myrna Symons isn't her birth name, either; it feels like something the Mennonites gave her.
