For the sake of Dad's tackle box, I've dropped a bit of money on gift certificates at Gary Yamamoto's Custom Baits. They're his favorites and make great gifts for his birthday or Father's Day. Not to mention it means we're going fishing and probably drinking beer. XD

Otherwise I just search online, usually Amazon or ThinkGeek. I haven't found a culinary supply store to call home yet but I found where the school orders their blood orange puree, so I might try them to see if I like the service.
