Well, it's only 7 AM in Hawaii, but it is 10 AM in California, 1PM on the US east coast, and 6 PM in England! And then there's Australia and Japan!
Timezones! Why do you have to complicate our lives?
So, for today's DE, have a crackchat inspired question: If your pups received Power Rings ala Green Lantern/DC universe, what color would the ring be?
Red is for Rage
Orange is for Greed
Yellow is for Fear
Green is for Willpower
Blue is for Hope
Indigo is for Compassion
Violet is for Love
Caveat: at the extremes of the emotional spectrum, Rage and Love, are emotions which tend to control the bearer of the ring, as opposed to the center of the spectrum, Willpower, is obviously partially about the control the bearer can exert over emotions.
And for extra special pups!

| White is for Life and abundance of emotion |

Amascut however, is more complicated. Her ultimate end goal and her "former" life as a death goddess would indicate that she might be a Black Lantern, but she wouldn't fit in at all with the rest the Corps. She is very much alive and the only undead she tolerates in large numbers are banshees (for some odd reason). She would probably be too busy trying to cause the rest of the Corps to crumble into dust except for the Anti-Monitor, who she would probably fangirl over. Unless she got into a fight with Nekron over who is the rightful ruler of the dead.
Rage and willpower would be my second guesses, except that she is not really controlled by her rage (certainty not to the vomiting blood point) but she isn't really in control of her emotions. She is stubborn, though. Even though she is at a disadvantage (compared to the other gods) she has been fighting for a very long time. Black may not accept her, but given how Red can force the bearer into the kind of rage typical of a Red Lantern, she would fit. Being able to keep the Black Lanterns from regenerating would definitely appeal to her, but hopefully the ring can prevent her from using that power on herself. Her stubbornness may actually make her one of the Red Lanterns capable of making light constructs. Eep, a Red Lantern Amascut is a scary thought.
Fear... I wouldn't say fear, since she is more controlled by fear than she uses it to control others.
Of course, if you ask her, everything she does is out of compassion. >.>
Besides maybe the Red Corps accepting her, White might just for the sheer irony. Or maybe because what she does is necessary for life. I dunno. The wiki gives me the impression that White seems to accept everyone temporarily.

Jessica I'm inclined to go with red or blue. Red as she's still pretty pissed nowadays but blue as hope is all that keeps her going some days.
Val would be indigo I think. Why isn't there one for curiosity?
Julie would be another for blue and not just because of her costume.
Artemus would be violet. The man is a player.
Thalia would be red or orange. Red as her temper is on her sleeve and orange as her fatal flaw is resisting power. Too bad there isn't one for pride or responsibility.
Rincewind is yellow though that doesn't fit him all that well.

Of the pups I play here and in Mixed Muses:
Red Lantern Floyd Lawton of Earth*
Orange Lanterns Leonardo da Vinci and Sophie Devereaux of Earth (greed for knowledge for one, shoes for the other.)
Green Lantern Melaka Fray of Earth
Blue Lantern Dinah Lance of Earth
Indigo Lantern Renee Montoya of Earth
Star Sapphires Marguerite Blakeney and Will Turner of Earth
The only yellow Lantern I could think of in my stable would be Wolfgang von Uberwald. It's not my thing, apparently.
*Eventually. He has done a very good of of suppressing it, mostly. I'd give him a black one, for lack of emotion if we played it that way.

Mainly Indigo, though, as the reason he does everything--even the horrible things--is because he can't NOT do everything he can to try and keep people safe, even people he doesn't know. So yeah, I think compassion fits the best of all of them.

Will would be Green though he could also be Blue or Indigo.
Sameth is Orange as he's greedy for knowledge and none of the others quite fit.
Demeter is very much Indigo.
Jane is Orange or Green through her desire to be an author, greed for recognition and options.
Moist is all about Orange with his greed for change and adventure and risks.
William is green like William though tinged with some Red as he's angry.
Tumnus is Blue or Indigo.
The Pirate King is Orange or Green as he wants things but he also is quite certain of who he is.
Tiwa is Blue as hope is part of who he is.

um.... Naruto would probably be a bluish green cause he's got willpower and hope up the wazoo.
Rem is an, "I don't know"
Tegid would be hey! you don't have one for him.
Raziel would be red
Seras would be violet or yellow.
Vala is too complex a character to give a ring too, but she'd probably be Orange or green, or blue, or yellow, or indigo, or violet.
Daniel is the same as Vala with Red in there.
And Living Kai would be yellow Green.

The Fool would be yellow as he constantly states that he is a fear.
Fade is willpower and a green.
Vext is blue for he's ever hopeful that someday... somewhere life won't dump on him.
Eragon... I'm not sure. I think he'd love to be something nice but I'm going to have to put him at orange or yellow.
And then if we're going to go for Mixed Muses...
Alec has all of them and some others that aren't listed because he's just that special.

Ianto is violet.
1941!Jack is blue.
Merlin is green.
John is indigo. Maybe red on occasion.
Jim is red.
Dakin is orange, though I like the notion of curiosity being a greed for knowledge because that suits him as much as material greed does
Brian is red. He inspired a comic book hero named Rage, you know.

Shaz is an indigo, no question about it.
Ace... Could be red, but that doesn't quite fit. Maybe green? Maybe white?
Laranth is definitely a green, no matter how much she wants a black.
Cal is... An orange, I think, with his need to know the truth behind the lies he sees. He doesn't always necessarily expose the lies, he just wants the truth.
Balthazar... Is blue, I think. He has to have hope, to last that long looking for Dave.
Romana is somewhere between indigo and orange - it's curiosity that drives her to do much of what she does, but it's compassion that makes her stop to fix things that are going wrong.
Glorfindel is violet - it is love for his king, for his king's family, that rules his life.
Bones is the most indigo indigo that has ever indigoed.

Felix is... maybe Green? It fits him better than the others do, but I wouldn't really call him a willpower person.
Kain... isn't any of them. His ruling emotions are self-loathing and disappointment. I dunno. Maybe sort of a negative blue.
Fluttershy is Indigo. No question there, in my mind.

Dixie is probably...Orange-yellow? Or white ;)

Ellen, I think, is either indigo or blue. But it's been a long hot day and I'm exhausted so hell if I'm going to go into this any further.

Charlie would be compassion, though in his youth it clearly was rage. (For the record, a Black Lantern ring did wear Charlie's corpse, but it wasn't him.)
Knox is, I think, hope. In his case, it's hard to really pin it down. The one problem with the emotional spectrum is that some characters, and some people, don't have one dominant aspect. (Not that DC's writers didn't make this somewhat absurd idea work for me.)
Cy might will just for getting his life together, or hope for inspiring others.
Kirk is will. In fact, I think Kirk and Hal Jordan are very similar characters, both men of action of the 1960s.
